The process

      
An order moves through the statuses below, and both the order page and the API show the same ones. The amount quoted in SOL holds for thirty minutes. The store's own shipping is included in the fee; if the store charges tax or a higher price at the time of ordering, the difference is asked for first, and if it charges less, the difference is refunded the way you paid.

      
    
        
  1. awaiting_payment
    The order is quoted with its own exact amount. Pay it from an exchange, Revolut or any wallet, or by card or PayPal where offered.

    The payment is confirmed. X Market starts placing the order with the store.

  3. ordered
    Amazon has the order. If it charged more than quoted, the status is price_changed instead and the difference is due before it continues.
    4. 
        
  4. shipped
    The carrier and the tracking number are on the order page and in the API.
    5. 
        
  5. delivered
    The package has arrived.
    6. 
        
  6. cancelled
    An order can be cancelled until the store ships it. A paid order is refunded the way it was paid.
